Decision of the Management Board laying down practical arrangements for implementing Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and Articles 6 and 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006

Following the amendment of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 by Regulation (EU) 2019/1381, the EFSA Management Board is required to adopt practical arrangements implementing Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 and Articles 6 and 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006. The present Decision on practical arrangements is adopted in accordance with Article 41(2) of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, as amended, and repeals the previous Management Board Decision on access to documents of 16 September 2003. The present Decision takes account of case law developments on the interpretation of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 as well as Articles 6 and 7 of Regulation (EC) No 1367/2006.
