Financial Regulation of the European Food Safety Authority

This Regulation lays down the essential financial rules of the European Food Safety Authority. It is based on the Commission Delegated Regulation on the framework financial regulation for the bodies referred to Article 208 of Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 from which it does not depart.
