Documents prepared following evaluation of the additional information submitted by the applicant in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation 2018/1659 to address the approval criteria on endocrine disruption set out in point 3.6.5 and/or point 3.8.2 of Annex II to Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, and/or to demonstrate that the substance may be used such that exposure is negligible, or as regards the application of the derogation under Art.4(7) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009
How to submit comments
- Comments on the rapporteur Member State revised assessment report and the Art 4(7) draft scientific report should be sent by email to EFSA (pesticides.peerreview [at] efsa.europa.eu (pesticides[dot]peerreview[at]efsa[dot]europa[dot]eu)) no later than the deadline given for the particular active substance. Please use the relevant electronic templates for submission of comments.
- Comments on the rapporteur Member State revised assessment report (RAR) should be submitted exclusively on the parts related to the assessment of the endocrine disrupting properties and negligible exposure assessment (highlighted with colour in the revised RAR). Comments submitted on the other parts of the RAR will not be considered.
